The Online Survey Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Schlage Lock Company, LLC, 11819 North Pennsylvania Street, Carmel, IN 46032 (“Sponsor”, “us”, or “we”). By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.

Subject matter of the terms and conditions of participation and organizer

(1) These terms and conditions of participation govern the requirements for participation in the competition and any necessary transfers of rights. This Promotion is comprised of the following components: (a) Completing the online survey form located at Bicycle Lock Survey – Bikeseason; and (b) Online random Promotion drawings.

(2) The Promotion begins on February 25, 2026, and ends on May 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Note: Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the random drawing.

(3) The survey or competition is not affiliated with Meta or LinkedIn.

Participation

(1) This Promotion is open only to those participants who (a) are at least 18 years old at the time of entry; (b) currently own a bike and bike lock at the time of entry (it is not necessary to own a Kryptonite bike lock, as any bike lock is eligible); and (c) fully complete the survey in full.

(2) Eligible participants can take part in the competition by following the link to the survey/competition page and completing the survey in full. The survey contains questions that exclude participants from the survey if they give certain answers, as they do not belong to the target group of the survey.

(3) Any survey results received after the Promotion Period will not be considered for the competition.

(4) Your participation in the Promotion constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein in a timely manner.

(5) All potential Promotion entries are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decision is final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any entry that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective entry and is void and will not be honored.

Prizes and prize notification

(1) Among all eligible participants, we will raffle off prizes in the form of 3 Kryptonite New York Diamond Standard Locks, 10 Kryptonite Evolution 1012 chains, and 20 Click Lock ziptie locks.

(2) We will conduct random drawings of all entries under this Promotion within 14 days after the end of the contest and winners will be notified by email. Winners must meet all eligibility requirements including the execution and delivery of all necessary releases and receive official written notification from us by e-mail.

(3) Winners will be required to provide their personal data in a proper, truthful, and complete manner to receive their prize within seven (7) days after receiving written notification of their prize win. In addition, Winners may also be required to provide a written affidavit of eligibility (except where prohibited) affirming their agreement to all terms, conditions, and restrictions in these Official Rules. All winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.

(4) If we do not receive a response from a winner within seven (7) days, the prize claim expires. In this case, we are entitled to hold a replacement draw.

(5) Only one prize per participant is possible.

(6) Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another product or paid out in cash. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with receipt of a prize.

Consent to the processing of personal data/publication

(1) By participating in the competition, the participant agrees that we may contact them via their email address.

(2) Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further payment or consideration.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, validity, or proper play, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

Exclusion

(1) Any violation of these conditions of participation entitles us to exclude the respective participant from participation. This applies in particular if the participant provides false information. The same applies to comments on social media platforms or LinkedIn that can be considered glorifying violence, offensive, harassing, or derogatory, or that otherwise violate social decency.

(2) If the excluded participant is a winner who has already been drawn, the prize may be revoked retrospectively.

Premature Termination and Changes

We reserve the right to terminate the competition early, in whole or in part, at any time, even without observing deadlines, or to change its course if it is not possible to guarantee the proper execution of the competition for technical (e.g., computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons (e.g., prohibition).

Release

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and to indemnify and hold harmless Schlage Lock Company, LLC, and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, franchisees, advertising and promotion fulfillment and/or judging agencies, and all of their respective officers, employees, directors, representatives and agents (individually and collectively “Releasees”) from all liability, claims, action, or proceedings, losses, injuries and damages to person(s), including death and property, or violation of intellectual property or personal rights (such as but not limited to, copyright, patent, trade name/trademark, and/or rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) due in whole or in part to acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize; or participation in this Promotion, or participation in any Promotion related activity. By receipt of a prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Releasees from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize

Limitation of Liability

The Releasees are not responsible for: (a) any inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or printing errors; (b) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion; (c) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to electronic malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (e) lost, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property including, but not limited to, death, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Promotion or receipt of any prize. IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASEES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEB SITE OR DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID WEB SITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THIS WEB SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Disputes

Except where prohibited, you agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Indiana; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering a Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) you waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Indiana, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Indiana or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Indiana

How We Use the Information Collected

We may combine the personally identifiable information you provide Schlage Lock Company, LLC, with other information about you that is available to us, including information from other sources. The ways that Schlage Lock Company, LLC, may use your information include (a) to enable the website and its operators to process, manage and deliver your orders; (b) to respond to your specific inquiries; (c) to troubleshoot and provide you with technical support; (d) to provide you with information on any Schlage Lock Company, LLC or Allegion plc entity products and services, either on a personalized or aggregate basis; (e) to give website editors anonymous, aggregate information that is useful for developing new features and products for our visitors and to improve the content and navigation on the Web Site; (f) to resolve disputes, prevent and detect fraud, and otherwise to help Schlage Lock Company or any Allegion plc entities to avoid legal liability; (g) to notify you of changes to the Privacy Policy or to other policies or terms that affect you and your use of the Web Site; and (h) for other purposes.

Final Provisions

(1) Should the conditions of participation contain invalid provisions, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

(2) You can obtain a list of winners and/or a copy of these Official Rules by emailing kryptonite.survey@allegion.com. Records may not be available beyond two (2) years following Entry Period.

(2) The organizer of the competition is Allegion BV Nederlands, Energiestraat 2, 3903 AV Veenendaal.

(3) By participating in the survey, these conditions of participation are accepted.

(4) The survey or competition is not affiliated with Meta or LinkedIn.

Participation

(1) Anyone who is at least 18 years of age and has completed the survey in full is eligible to participate in the competition.

(3) The competition period is from February 25, 2026, to May 31, 2025. Any survey results received after this period will not be considered for the competition.

Prizes and prize notification

(1) By participating in the competition, the participant agrees that we may contact them via their email address.

(2) By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that we may use their name for advertising purposes (exclusively for the public announcement of the winners).

Premature termination and changes

Data protection

We are responsible for the collection, processing, and use of participants’ personal data, insofar as we process this data ourselves. We will only use participants’ personal details and other personal data in accordance with the statutory provisions of data protection law. We will only store, process, and use the information to the extent necessary for the implementation of the competition or with the participant’s consent. This also includes use for the exercise of the granted rights of use. The data will be used exclusively for the implementation of the competition and will be deleted afterwards.

Participants may request information about their stored personal data at any time.

Final provisions

(1) Should the conditions of participation contain invalid provisions, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

(2) Dutch law applies. Legal recourse to review the draw is excluded.

Gegenstand der Teilnahmebedingungen und Veranstalter

(3) Mit Teilnahme an der Umfrage werden diese Teilnahmebedingungen angenommen.

(4) Die Umfrage oder das Gewinnspiel stehen in keine Verbindung zu Meta oder LinkedIn.

Teilnahme

(1) Teilnahmeberechtigt am Gewinnspiel sind alle, die das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet und die Umfrage vollständig ausgefüllt haben.

(2) Teilnahmeberechtigte können an dem Gewinnspiel teilnehmen, indem sie dem Link auf die Umfragen-/Gewinnspielseite folgen und dort die Umfrage vollständig ausfüllen. Innerhalb der Umfrage gibt es Fragen, die den Teilnehmer bei bestimmten Antworten von der Umfrage ausschließen, da er nicht zur Zielgruppe der Umfrage gehört.

(3) Der Zeitraum des Gewinnspiels ist der 25.02.2026 bis 31.05.2025. Alle eingehenden Umfrageergebnisse nach diesem Zeitraum werden nicht für das Gewinnspiel berücksichtigt.

Gewinne und Gewinnbenachrichtigung

(1) Unter allen teilnahmeberechtigten Teilnehmern, verlosen wir Sachgegenstände in Form von 3 Kryptonite New York Diamond Standard Locks, 10 Kryptonite Evolution 1012 chains und 20 Click Lock zi tie locks.

(2) Die Gewinner werden innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Gewinnspielende ermittelt und per E-Mail informiert. Anschließend müssen die Gewinner ihre persönlichen Daten ordnungs- und wahrheitsgemäß sowie vollständig übermitteln. Diese Angaben dienen der Übersendung des Gewinns.

(3) Geht von einem Gewinner innerhalb einer Woche keine Nachricht bei uns ein, erlischt der Gewinnanspruch. Wir sind in diesem Fall berechtigt, eine Ersatzauslosung durchzuführen.

(4) Je Teilnehmer ist nur ein Gewinn möglich.

(5) Der Gewinn ist weder übertragbar, noch kann der Gewinn in ein anderes Produkt umgetauscht oder in bar ausgezahlt werden.

Zustimmung zur Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten/Veröffentlichung

(1) Mit der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel willigt der Teilnehmer ein, dass wir ihn über seine E-Mail-Adresse kontaktieren dürfen.

(2) Mit Annahme des Gewinns willigt der Gewinner ein, dass wir seinen Namen zu Werbezwecken (ausschließlich zur öffentlichen Bekanntgabe der Gewinner) verwenden dürfen.

Ausschluss

(1) Ein Verstoß gegen diese Teilnahmebedingungen berechtigt uns, den jeweiligen Teilnehmer von der Teilnahme auszuschließen. Dies gilt insbesondere, wenn der Teilnehmer falsche Angaben macht. Gleiches gilt bei Kommentaren auf Social Media Plattformen oder LinkedIn, die als gewaltverherrlichend, anstößig, belästigend oder herabwürdigend angesehen werden können oder in sonstiger Weise gegen das gesellschaftliche Anstandsgefühl verstoßen.

(2) Handelt es sich bei dem ausgeschlossenen Teilnehmer um einen bereits ausgelosten Gewinner, kann der Gewinn nachträglich aberkannt werden.

Vorzeitige Beendigung sowie Änderungen

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel jederzeit, auch ohne Einhaltung von Fristen, ganz oder teilweise vorzeitig zu beenden oder in seinem Verlauf abzuändern, wenn es aus technischen (z.B. Computervirus, Manipulation von oder Fehler in Software/Hardware) oder rechtlichen Gründen (z.B. Untersagung) nicht möglich ist, eine ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Gewinnspiels zu garantieren.

Datenschutz

Wir sind verantwortlich für die Erhebung, Verarbeitung und Nutzung von personenbezogenen Daten der Teilnehmer, sofern wir diese selbst verarbeiten. Wir werden die Angaben zur Person des Teilnehmers sowie seine sonstigen personenbezogenen Daten nur im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des Datenschutzrechtes verwenden. Wir werden die Informationen nur insoweit speichern, verarbeiten und nutzen, soweit dies für die Durchführung des Gewinnspiels erforderlich ist bzw. eine Einwilligung des Teilnehmers vorliegt. Dies umfasst auch eine Verwendung zur Ausübung der eingeräumten Nutzungsrechte. Die Daten werden ausschließlich zur Durchführung des Gewinnspiels verwendet und anschließend gelöscht.

Der Teilnehmer kann jederzeit Auskunft über die zu seiner Person gespeicherten Daten verlangen.

Schlussbestimmungen

(1) Sollten die Teilnahmebedingungen unwirksame Regelungen enthalten, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der Bedingungen im Übrigen unberührt.

(2) Es besteht niederländisches Recht. Ein Rechtsweg zur Überprüfung der Auslosung ist ausgeschlossen. Bei Unstimmigkeiten zwischen den verschiedenen Sprachversionen hat die englische Sprachversion Vorrang.
